Together we leverage active, rhythmic breathing patterns to get us out of the mind and drop into the body. Our body quite literally keeps the score of our life experiences and within it, we often hold on to suppressed emotions, leading to blockages, stagnant energies, tension, and dis-ease. Activated breathwork allows us to hyper-cleanse our body and release all that no longer serves us, holding the potential for profound healing, expansion, and spiritual growth.
The goal of this lovingly curated online space is to cultivate a sense of belonging, to establish trust and safety for deep inner work and to offer meaningful support while building a flourishing community with like-minded souls. We meet each other as equals, with deep respect for each other and our individual journeys. This is a safe space for authentic expression and release. There’s a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of discrimination, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
Prior to our session, I place special care to prepare you for the transformative experience ahead. We begin by opening the space and grounding in safety through a soothing meditation, laying the groundwork for a powerful and transformative journey filled with love and compassion.
Afterward, I open up the space for sharing, inviting you to express your heart’s whispers and soul’s revelations in a warm, accepting space.

20 min – Welcome & Opening Circle
30 min – Preparation
20 min – Meditation & Intention Setting
50 min – Activating the Breath
30 min – Integration & Sharing
Things to know
- Please abstain from eating within 2 hours prior to the online session
- Ensure you are in a safe and comfortable space where you will not be interrupted (including pets)
- Keep the rest of the day free for processing and integration
- All devices must be charged or plugged in

- Yoga Mat (if you prefer your own)
- Blanket
- Blindfold
- Journal
- Water
- Chapstick
- Computer (To receive my guidance)
- Speaker & Device to play music from (You will play the music yourself for optimal sound quality)
- Playlist (I will curate a playlist and send it to you ahead of time. Please do not listen to it until the session. Please make sure it’s NOT on shuffle and NOT on loop.)
